Badgerys Creek - Resource Recovery Facility (approved)

Lead consultant and project managers for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Resource Recovery Facility and Waste Transfer Station for the receipt, processing and stockpiling of 95,000 tonnes p/a Construction and Demolition waste (C & D). This was the first successful application for a new resource recovery facility within the core Aerotropolis Precinct.

Badgerys Creek - Clay and shale extraction and a Resource Recovery Facility (approved)

Lead consultant and project managers for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a new quarry for the quarrying of 180,000 tonnes p/a of clay/shale material for brickmaking, with integrated Resource Recovery Facility for the receipt, processing and stockpiling of Construction and Demolition waste (C & D).

Kings Park – Resource Recovery Facility (approved)

Lead consultant and project managers for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a specialised Waste Transfer Facility to receive 28,000 tonnes p/a of stormwater Gross Pollutant Trap (GPT), green waste, street-sweepings and drilling muds. Further processing of the material collect for composting and manufacture of soil amendments and turf underlays is undertaken at a second site, also designed and set up by Claron.

Clyde – Resource and Recovery Facility (approval pending)

Lead consultant and project managers for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Waste Transfer Facility to receive Construction and Demolition Waste (C&D).

Girraween – Resource and Recovery Facility (approved)

Lead consultant and project managers for the preparation of a Development Application (DA) for a Waste Transfer Facility to receive Construction and Demolition waste (C&D).

Dural – Seniors Living (approved)

Site selection, ‘opportunities and constraints’ analysis and ‘Site Compatibility Certificate’ for a ‘Seniors Living’ project incorporating 128 individual dwelling units and a 60-bed nursing home.

Hawks Nest

‘Opportunity and constraints’ analysis for proposed Eco-tourism development. Sensitive biodiversity and ecology site.

Mount View Estate Winery, Hunter Valley (approved)

Winery waste water design and re-use strategy.

Buena Vista Farm, Gerringong (approved)

Development Application to formalise the farm previously operating under Existing Use Rights. Project included sustainable paddock-to-plate concepts, cheese room and dairy goat milking facility, organic horticulture and community teaching facilities.
