Brownlow Hill Sustainability Park (Sydney south-west) – in design phase

A State Significant Development (SSD) to convert an old sandstone quarry to a landfill and a Resource Recovery Facility  to receive and process approximately 400,000 tonnes per year of construction and demolition waste (C&D), recycled asphalt pavement (RAP), General Solid Waste (GSW), glass, plastic, concrete, tyres, contaminated soils and green compostable waste.

The site is ideally positioned within the catchment of the Badgerys Creek Airport precinct and the South-West Sydney Growth Sector.

Badgerys Creek - Resource Recovery Facility (approved)

A Resource Recovery Facility and Waste Transfer Station for the receipt, processing and stockpiling of 95,000 tonnes p/a Construction and Demolition waste (C & D).

Kings Park – Resource Recovery Facility (approved)

A Waste Transfer Facility to receive 28,000 tonnes p/a of green waste, GPT (stormwater trap) waste, street-sweepings and drilling muds. Further processing of the material collect for composting and manufacture of soil amendments and turf underlays is undertaken at a second site, also designed and set up by Claron.

Badgerys Creek - Asphalt Batching Plant (design phase)

A State Significant Development (SSD) for the design and statutory approvals of a new asphalt batching plant to service the Badgerys Creek Airport precinct.

Girraween – Resource and Recovery Facility (approval pending)

A Waste Transfer Facility to receive 6,000 tonnes p/a of Construction and Demolition waste (C&D).

Clyde – Resource and Recovery Facility (design phase)

A Waste Transfer Facility to receive 6,000 tonnes p/a of Specialised in Construction and Demolition Waste (C&D).

Badgerys Creek - Resource Recovery Facility (approved)

Design and statutory approvals of a new quarry for the quarrying of 180,000 tonnes p/a of clay/shale material for brickmaking, with integrated Resource Recovery Facility for the receipt, processing and stockpiling of Construction and Demolition waste (C & D).
